Training to become an ultrasound technician in Michigan is an exciting opportunity because there are 11 quality CAAHEP accredited sonography schools located around the state in 2017. Students have a nice selection of schools that offer certificate programs, Associate degrees and Bachelor’s degrees. Studies with a general concentration usually include limited rotations in specialty areas, but students can decide to specialize in vascular sonography or cardiac sonography.
